Do you think GM's are corrupted?

Just anwser yes or no, with some explanation. And don't turn it in to one of those "do we need 10000 bot topics?". As I read thru the topic about Poseldon and some topics on official forums, and some who disappered. I think that GM's are corrupted. Crayon once said that bot isn't their buissnes. If you say something like that, you are then expected to do something about it. Yet they don't do anything about it. Also, I read a topic on official forums that says Crayon and Pizza are doing something like selling clientless bot. Not really sure what the writer said. Sucks... they will ..... up a good game.

In a way yes. I don't think anything will ever change unless they either sell the company, or a new boss / owner comes along and takes over. They have no motivation to remove the bots or take care of CCF. People are talking with their mouth and not with their wallet. They are still making their money, so what's the harm in not caring?

Ummm no I don't. I believe any employee of JM can create an Account at any lvl with any skill set and gear to match. So if they can just create/modify the account to their desire why on earth would they "bot". If bots are supposed to "save" you time lvling your char....wouldn't creating an account at lvl 100 save you even more time? Just a thought.

Yes. The GM's are corrupt indeed. The real reason that nothing happens about important topics such as botting and CCF is really just down to them 'not being bothred to do anything about it'. That my fellow gamers is the bottom line. Live with that or find another game.

No, they arent corrupt just lazy.
Why to ban bots? Why to do something again CCF? Why to make a update in time? Why to work?
We all will buy silk.

I run a pay-per-click spam site. Geared for internet traffic. I don't maintain, update or even look at it. I just collect a check periodically from revenues. If someone emailed me about a broken link, I wouldn't even read all of it.

No, I don't think the GM's are corrupt. Its just their choice of marketing. When silk sales start to drop or players start to leave, release a new update. Ban as many botters as they can to keep legit players playing. When things really start looking grim, they'll probably increase their methods of detecting and preventing bots. GM's do care about the game, just certain aspects more than others. Anything that ruins gameplay is quickly fixed. Botting effects gameplay also but not as much as much as bugs that might hinder gameplay which is why banning and preventing botting is not as higher priority to Joymax.
I think Ksro has a thing that limits the number accounts that can connect from one IP at a time. GM's handle CCF very well but not good enough. Obviously, their banning accounts that CCF since people don't CCF on their main account. A level limit on astral could help solve this.
And yes, iSRO is just as bad as other versions of SRO. kSRO is no different from iSRO when it comes to gold bots. Around Korean evening times and at night, there is not one(maybe 2 or 3) legit players in Jangan. Everyone that exits Jangan south gate is usually a bot and all hunting grounds in Jangan are pretty much full of bots. Donwang is pretty much the same way with about 10 or 20 more legits there. Hotan has the least bots. I only seen 2 bots in the Hotan area while I was there.
Well, just keep reporting botters. The more people that report the better. I'm pretty sure it will be a great time to start reporting soon as the cap is raised.
EDIT: I don't know how fast we get updates after everyone else but jSRO has started Europe open beta testing on somewhere between November 8th and the 13th I think. They got a trade event on the 23rd. The new castle shield series and blood fan October 31st. They've also got the alchemy update within the last few months.

Yeah Well if they did care...There would Be a Hell of alot less Stong (Level Wise) Guilds out there...Not gunna mention which guilds would'nt exist but Im sure you all can put 2 and 2 together....
Edit: CCFing and Botting are all parks of SRO, Just like No guild penalty log off or 1* popping. They are all thing JM did not intend to implement into the game, but they are things that JM Accept as long as they get them Bill's. Eventually Everyone "EVERYONE" will get sick of it and just go cold turkey on SRO. And it will be there downfall. IDk Maybe they would have more luck calling it Botroad Online "The game that takes no effort" or Loginroad Online "The game thats logging in".
GM's Mint,hanahpooh,Gargamel,Crayon,Pizza you suk
JM You suk
Botters u suk
CCFers u suk
To all who feel this way,
Take a loooooong Break, get back in contact with your friends more often and enjoy life-Like Me-Wasting Years of your life playing a game that will last another year and a half 2 tops :Edit
Now lock thread.....Nuff Said

Well, corrupt isn't the word I would use. More like "irresponsible." Either it's them or the people who hired them. iSRO is a a free online game. Yes, it would be very nice if they actually took care of the bots but then again, it's a choice of spending money on the game or not (either legitimately or not.)

Chaby: I think it is a fair question, but after this I don't think we need ten more threads discussing the same topic.
That said:
I don’t think it is a question of GM’s being corrupt – JM is a business, they are looking at their bottom line (greedy?maybe) and if they make more money with leveling-up companies boting players or just more people playing and buying silk then it is a business decision not to get rid of the bots. Once the boting situation affects cash flow and profits then something will be done about it.
It is dishonest that they say they are concern with and will address boting when they really won’t.

Its a valid question guys, come on, don't be so hard on him. If someone like nightbloom was asking this question you would be sucking up hardcore.
In a way, most businesses are corrupt. Their aim is to make money, not to be righteous or moral. They do it any way they can, and most times businesses don't anger the customer enough to make them stop buying.

Yeah, I firmly now believe they are.
They seem to be using the excuse that they are going to implement that oh so great bot banning system sometime in the future. We need action now...not promises for later.
And so many other things, that make me believe that they are.
