i think the lowest level was RiccoNL from server Xian. he KSed lvl 60 nukers, glaivers, tankers with one flowing dragon.

Couldn't be that hard killing isy if most of your guild killed the spawns off her, and no one else touched her.

I don't think anyone lower than 47 has got her but im not gonna say otherwise. (who knows lol.)
But there was no SOX items Just these two..
Here's what happened though. We were going isy hunting, like all "cool" guilds do (F*** off rangah your leader loves Epic and rightfully so. Whys Hitman so much cooler than you?). ANYWAY...We were all runnin around for like 1/2 hour going "WHERE IS SHE??" in Ts and party chat and stuff yada yada. Then I decided to re-re-check the spider forest and found her all by herself. She was at full health and noone was around so I told the guild. The 64 dude in the ss's Jeo_Itd showed up and did what any 64 nuker does best. And he got her down to about a sliver of health...Literally there was NO red left...then a spawn came RIGHT in the middle of his nuke and he died. So did TigerGirl...I had died earlier but when i came back I launched like 20 flying dragon-flows at Isy.... So I did a little bit of damage...Enough to get the kill I guess...So Jeo died...and there were way too many elite mobs running around for me too handle at my weak lvl 47 self (I hit 48 like right after killing isy...went back to the shades lol.) But yeah... He came back and lured isy, got all the mobs stuck, I rushed in with zerk and ISY+THAT GIANT SPIDER pwned the shit out of me, thats when the lil 52 blader you see in the back "Shakey" anothr loyal Epic member, he rushed in with zerk and killed isy. But since I had done all those flying-dragon flows I got the kill even though i was dead. Pretty cool shit...A really cheap way of getting the kill but whatever im not gonna complain ya know...
ISY @ 47!!!!!! I almost shat myself!!!
But really It's all thanks to my awesome guild for taking about an extra two hours out of their day to lure isy and set it up so I could kill her...It wasnt planned that way either I thought Jeo was gonna get it until he died...Then in TS he was all like" GO FOR IT RATE" lol..but i waited for him to come lure...
It was fun either way and I got SPAAAMMMMMED like never before lol.
Well...I think its about time to go to bed now have fun everyone.

Yayyy! The only thing I want is gold...Im poor.
I cant believe that frigging +5 lvl 60 shield npcs for only 1 gold what a ripoff....
Dam uniqe drops....
I'll just let PsYch008 use it when he gets his blading ass to lvl 60 I guess...
O anyway...Thanks everybody I didn't know eveyone would be so hyped over this! Its so cool to be discussing SRO at SRF again...something i havent done in awhile!!!
