In Runescape there were something called drop parties. They were veeerrryy popular. It is what it is. A group of people, or one person if they're generous and rich, host a party inside of a single room or area, and drop all kinds of shit. They get pretty crazy.

Do these exist in SRO, or is such a notion of generosity unheard of in this community?

Not that I'm hoping to get free junk...in fact I may host one soon. I have items and some gold to spare.

And no I'm not talking about worthless stuff that most wouldn't want to pick up. But good stuff. Blue +'d items, Seal items, lots of gold, elements, scrolls, tabs and stones...

At least for the clan I'll have one. :) Anyway, do they happen in SRO yet?

I havnt played runescape in a while but isnt that the place where people put loads of stuff in a box and in comes down in baloons? Whenever i went there it was always full of crap, like hundreds of half created bows (no string)

Rofl you went to some SHITTY partys then. But ya Jagex put that building into the game to prevent people from telekinetic grabbing all of the items from far away. Cos that's how it was outside of the building, when something appeared on the ground, it would be tele-grabbed INSTANTLY.

You must have started RS pretty late, if that room already existed lol...
