Sword Nuker really low attack...

I saw someone using a regular Level 24 Spear SOS that was level 30 do 1.1k to Earth Taoists when she nukes. I'm the same level, with a Level 24 Sword SOS +2, yet I do about 700. Someone tell me the advantages, and why it's so low.

You have more defence.
A sword nuker is btw powerfull on higher lvls.

Should I change to spear? I've already got Full SOS garments and armor, plus my shield is only Level 29 +4.

as a nuker, you should really use spear to PVE and S+S to pvp, snice you dont use any weapon skills when you PVE anyways (well atleast i dont)

Quick question.
You're using imbue before your nukes right? Cause a spear should have an advantage but not do 60% more damage, at least not at that level. An imbue could make a ~400 damage difference if you're int heavy.

Yah are you using imbue? I use a regular level 29 sword and i do ~1k to Hyoncheons, but then again earth taoists probably have more mag defense.

u know,
autrefois,i had a bad planed muker with only 2 nuker,>tiger bolt and chout>a newbie nuker,
i was hitting earth ghosts with my 29+3 spear with<soul spear-move>1100~1300,
then my chars was hacked with my friend and...
then i got a lvl 29+0 cpear ,and nukes>i was hitting 1200~1700(or 1500>i dont remember exactly,i couldnt go on taoists>cus i was nude>and no potions)lol

Stick with sword.
I used a spear and IMHO spear skills are hella boring.
At least sword got some neat chains and KD
The blocks and extra defence can save your ass too x__x;

Of course I use imbue. Extreme Fire Force.
Yeah, thanks for the advice. I don't know how many times the Knockdown skill has saved me.

sword always for pvp. unless you hybrid spear, but still i like sword more.

2:1 Hybrid INT Swords are tougher than the normal Pure INT ones when it comes to PVP. (I'm actually farming a new character to make it a Hybrid Sword)
