Can you use your International ID to play at Korean SROeuro?

can you?? i just finish download and sever still going inspection?? why is that?? i cant play a single s*** and i'm not sure IP in indonesia is recognized. COz i played in malaysia it works normally...
If you're from indonesia, tell me if things can work properly

You need a Korean-SSN to be able to play, register at Yahoo!

Before you do that, I might remind you of that it is illegal to use another persons SSN and name, just for your interest..
