Apology For Server Downs and Compensation Event

Hello. This is Silkroad Online.
We give our apologies for the frequent server downs that have been happening for a few days. Every member of the staff is trying to figure out the cause of the problem and fix it.
We will announce notices about the progress situation, and once the problem is corrected, we will prepare and announce a compensation event.
Due to this server down situation, new servers and updates will inevitably be delayed. We will announce additional notices regarding the precise delayed date when we can confirm a stable time that updates can be implemented.
We give our sincere apologies once again. We will try our best to bring service back to normal, and provide our users with stable service.

Sad that Takla is gonna be delayed, but hopefully it won't be delayed for more then 2-3 weeks.

I think that it's prolly a translation issue. I mean the other versions must be responsible for translating their own updates, hence the fact that they have so much less content than KSRO and ISRO. Who knows. Ive waitied this long... a little longer isnt gonna make me quit.

i began to hate Sro stuff
they arent working they are sounting flies in their office>how can it be

I just sit here and i suddenly realised. . . .
WTF is the point of implementing the thanksgiving event if everyone is complaining about
1. Never being able to log in because all the botters are online 24/7
2. So much lag it's not even worth trying to collect the boxes in case lag kills you.
3. Are JoyMax really this stupid? I would expect more understanding and consideration that to just say
"Right, our players have major lags, are getting dc'd every 10 minutes and it's taking hours for some people to even log in. Lets bring the thanksgiving event back to shut them all up".
Sorry LagMax, this just takes the cake.

Maybe some of you people don't realize but they didn't do the thx giving event for us. They are trying to find a decent restore point. Some thing happened last update that messed with the game, this is why it was lagging. So just sit and wait for something to come up that will actually be an improvement. If you don't like the random dc's then don't play for a few days.

It's a shame they have to shutdown all the servers, because there has been no noticeable lag on Eldorado all week. Also, Eldorado opened when there was just a day left of the Thanksgiving event, so I'm REALLY happy it's beck now - especially since I got a Black Devil Suit, something I never had enough money to buy with my old character. It looks sooo cool.

I think that the event held,is a step into the good direction,because i think it may lead to them actually listening to theire clients.
Aka the thanksgiving event that got ressurected (i brought 2 jewel boxes back to So-Ok,and got a Black devil suit.

I completley understand what you are saying but with me it's lag
every day. And it's not because i have a crap computer because mine kicks ass so yeah. I'm not addicted it's just whenever i seem to want to play SRO it's lagging like a fat man on steroids.

T h e y, N e e d, t o, f i x, it completely,before opening theire servers again.
But theire Dumb and slow,so it might take a while...like ages.

Well now that they've posted that there's going to be a compensation event, I reckon they'll be more likely to shut the servers down for longer. I just hope they find the bloody problem and fix it properly. I keep getting disconnected everytime I have my stall running and it's driving me crazy because I can't sell anything.

Isn't it the compensation event that is going on right now? Or just an extension of the turkey-event?
