I CANNOT INSTALL SILKROAD

everytime i click the installer this s*** appears>>>
"message string error"
WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i did try to copy another installer to a cd, cant even install it here..
then i install at my other pc...it works!!!!!!!! but not here!! the one i'm usin now

try to update your windows, Windows installer, microsoft.net framework....
