"Leaving to teach them a lesson..."

On various forums, I have seen large masses of threads by people who are threatening to leave Silkroad if the GMs don't do "this" or "that". I'd just like to comment that this actually HELPS Silkroad because it decreases the number of people on each server, in turn decreasing lag. The GMs don't care, people, they're glad if anything. Now, make sure to flame until I'm crisp...

Less people = mostly bots / ccfers left = less money/month.

Burn.

actually the lagg will be the same, if 10 ppl leave, 100 bots will get online in there places and if 1000 leaves and no botts take there places, then JM maybe will cut down their budget for bandwith... anyways as i used to play at GW, many ppl leave to go to play wow, some came back after a time, then i left GW to play SRO and now im thinking on going back to CS... (if that still on...) anyways its also the hollydays season... the ideal season to get moody, get horny, drunk and think a lot about how you will try to change your life for good and etc.
ps.: also a good season to be jolly, get drunk as it gets and get a lot of casual sex but :( i must pass on that... anyways remember kids its good to be married... when u are like 8x years old and has no kidney :D :P

Actually I thought the boycotting silk got JoyMax/GMs' attention. We know that Crayon reads this forum, or used to. And like a month after all the boycotting, JM recruited more customer support persons and GMs, which make a big difference in the next bot ban.

I think that the decrease in silk purchases is not that significant but JM heard the protest and thats the whole point.

Back to the topic, Joymax tries to improve the game because better game = more profit. However, they will not cater to individuals needs. They're not gonna run to you whenever you yell 'ZOMG a botter!' and acting up to the GMs gives no benefits (ie. Chaby). Don't tell them how to do their jobs.

People join game, people leave game. That's how it is.

And also it's mostly people who have PAID for silk who are about fed up with JM's services
