i have read on forum tha the next 8degree lvl weapon will be lvl 72 ..
but why there is lvl 52 -> 64 and then -> 72 ?? i think should be lvl 74 Oo
or not? anyone have images of this next lvl weapons ? someone sometimes ago tell me that the next weapon will be 76 !! O.o .. what is the truth?

Your thread title specifies high level 8th Degree weapons, but you're asking about 9th O.o

8th degree weapons are 64 72

no check my level of gears guide it goes 52, 56, 60, 64, 68, 72

Yup hes right, you guys should look things up before posting them.

My question is...what is it going to be like trying to kill lvl 80 monsters with lvl 72 weapons. I mean, I know people have been pulling it off @ 70 with lvl 64 weps, but there will be no new skills, and the monsters will be 8 lvls higher than the weapons being used against them. Just seems like to me, especially for STR users, there is going to be a BIG gap.

Anyone else got thoughts?

2 levels different than the current situation. Not a big deal in my opinion. With a 64+5 weapon I can nuke shout every mob. Perhaps if I hit 80 I'll have to 2 nuke a monster.

It would be nice to get the first weapon of 9th degree though.

It's pretty stupid opening the cap to 80 and not giving us the 9th degree equipment of which the 1st tier is 76-82 -.- y not oped the cap to 90 then T_T... i think they're bs-ing us and they will postpone the cap raise until they feel its ok to raise to 90 -.-

why would they give 9 degree weapon when there are so many CCF and proud ass who use sos gear and think they are god.
at least is not easy to get a sosun weapon.but anyone in greece would know having soX is just waiting for "someone" to log into your account

I think its quite good that the 9th degree isnt released yet due to all the ccfers and so on.
They wont have such uber equips anymore, cuz if you compare now lets say a normal person has a +4 equip and those imba ccfers got some sos+7 equips. That would be a difference of around 8 or 9 lvls.

When the 3rd set is released, sos will be worthless, so even if they had a complete som+7 equip (which I doubt that even many botters will get) they will have an advantage of around 4 or 5 lvls compared to another player with a +4 equip.

Only possibility to be uberstrong would be sosun then, and seriously, who will ever get a sosun equip even with unlimited gold at their disposal?

Good post!

The lvl 72 weapons make it so that people don't kill every mob in sight so easily and reach the cap in two weeks. It also balances out the PvP field with no big SOS advantage.
