There is this guy on Oasis named babbababababa something like that and he/she is sending out globals like crazy for the past few days. I just can't get why nothing has been done about him. He is selling astral and some ppl even accuse him of scamming a high lvl sos weapon from someone. I forgot the details, but still. Either this guy is a CCF'er and the GMs are taking forever to catch on to him or he is actually paying for all those globals out of his own pocket. What do you think is the case?

CCFers are very real. JM takes at least 3 days, if not a week or ever to ban the accnts.

If CCF is fake, then there is a hella lot of people willing to put 200$ down the drain because they are too lazy to put one astral on at a time.

i think that guys a scammer...he charges 1 mil for lvl 8 astral stone....lol

It's as real as JM sucking.

Couldn't resist that one. But yea ccfers are real and the ones that global selling astrals/immortal seem to be obvious scams because they just steal the valuble weapons when people give em it.

OK, to clear this particular confusion up.

There is a guy who calls himself babababbbabaaa (or whatever) and he is a FOR REAL CCFer, he will astral and immortal your weapon. I know a guy in-game who has had a number of weapons done, including a sos 64 spear.

Because he is CCFer he creates a multitude of other bababaabbbababa-type names, as one account gets banned he uses another.

Problem is, that scammers know about this also so they claim to be the "real" babababaaa, and when a n00b comes along who hears babababababbababa is legit he gives weap to scamming babababababbaaa and never sees it again.

So, the moral of the story is...........farked if I know, if anyone hear can think of one pm me and I'll insert an edit

It's hard being new to a game and not understanding MMORPG lingo >.<

CCF'ing is simply the intentional cancellation of an online purchase payment so you do not have to pay for the item you are buying. It works in this context because the "item" is virtual (digital) and you receive it immediately. In real life though, it is much more complicated since you can't use your real address (unless you want to go straight to jail)

In SRO, it's where you buy a lot of silk, then cancel the payments with your credit card company using the reason that your account was compromised, hacked, etc...

Of course, the person that is doing the CCF'ing has already used up the Silk, buying astral, immortal, gender change scrolls.

I play on babel and yeah, ccfers DO exist.
That's what is screwing the game, all those ccfers and botters.
In other words HEO's (so does HEO's union) and his minion of botters keep ccfing to upgrade their weapons to +7/+8/+9 and then they get banned their noobie accounts but the damage is done cuz the main acc will stay with the stuffs they just used with astral, inmortals, globals, etc, charged with silks with another account.

Thanks to those who are serious. I know CCF exists, it happens everyday, even sons and daughters steal their parent's credit cards to use..that's fraud. But my question was suppose to be: Does it exist in this game or what? I question that cos it is taking days to for anything to be done about it. Well, bababababba had disappeared now thankfully. Again, I guess it was just another case of slow action by the GMs.

They take a long time, some never get banned. It is real, stop asking, a blind guy could tell....

Lol if I knew how to do ccf i'd do it almost every day.. just to prove its existence and next to that:
