Guild Image~~Help

Hey, we're trying to put our guild emblem up but are having problems. named the file guildmark.bmp, put it in silkroad folder, it's 16X16...24bit. why isn't it working ?

what is exactly happening what error do you get. Do you have enough GP you need 10k gp for the emblem. Have you bought the item from the guild agent?

some more info/ss would be usefull

Well it says the file isn't there, we have teh scroll for it. I right click on the scroll, it works...but then is says "there is no file, please check the install path and the file name"
