Fanning series... ?

I thought the fanning series for spear was an immobile attack. But today I saw someone spinning their spear AND walking around nuking everything.
Is this a bug or was it always like this?

Its probably a bug, you can't cast nuke or move or do anything while you are performing the fanning skill.

It was probably lag since the event is going on the servers
are lagier than ever

Definately a bug. I just logged onto my old character and put a point into the fanning series.
I could walk, nuke, and whatever else while it was still activated.

Spin it, shake it, move it and break it !
Lol allu do is press the fan spear series button and teleport and thn u do whatever u want

Speaking of bugs, I'm still suprised they haven't fixed that Vital Spot canceling bug, yet fixed Therapy and the Walls.
