Hybrid Spear

Hey, heard that a hybrid spear (keeping magic balance at 90%) is better than a full int at PVP?

so this is what i want to go. when should i start adding str and how much should i add? thanks. (im lvl 32 full int as of now).

will this do significantly less damage with the nukes?

I believe altho i'm not 100% sure. You need to add around 20 str points, so if you add str for the nxt 9 lvls and then 1str+2 int on the lvl after those 9. and you should be all set.
