Hmmmm i wonder, could the weapon have been a prize from an event beacuse i remember seeing the winning weapons for our GNGWC cheer contest have 0% for everything except crit and the "SOM" for 8d winners turned out to be just sos +8.

Still nice weapon, that we wont see for a while on Isro.

For you all info,this is chinese version of silkroad. And the server is go through a LV 90 BETA where all the player can try it out on it with the limited number.
That's why you can see the weird name inside the stall.
Not botter again,please..
And they already have immortal and astral stone which can prevent the enhancement of weapon +7 from going down to +0 should the +8 fail.
So envy them..
