But I've decided to quit SRO when my tick is done. From farming 100k and getting to 65, I feel that the end-game of SRO isn't all thats cracked up to be. Sure I can change builds, and I've considered that, but I've played all the builds and stuck with archer because its fun =).
The only thing left for me is to get the current cap, which is more grinding, and upping my gear (which ultimately needs more grinding). Sure Trade runs and pvp is fun, but it gets old, and there is always someone with better gear, and better skills.
The game does indeed nurture the un-legit player, and those that actually do play legit have nothing to show for it, but self-gratification. And yes, it is satisfying having your character hand-leveled up from the ground up, but whats left in the end is just more and more grinding... lvl up, new gear, new wep, new monster to kill.. repeat. Constant cycle.
Nonetheless SRO is fun, mainly because of the people I've played with. And shout outs to Epic, past and present.
Thx to SRF for being my source of info for the past 7 or so months
P.S. No I won't play WoW.

When you break it all down.. Thats every single MMO today has some sort of grind built into it.. Its the only way to keep players. Best switch to a game that isn't open ended. So you can reach the "End".
As to bots and CCF'ers... Ohh well deal with it or leave.. You left.
Goodluck in finding a game thats not a grind.. Try race car games you do have a finnish line!

That game drenched me in sweats of frustration. As far as I remember, there's been no significant updates to the game itself. It just so happened that I played in a server full of screaming, cursing and hatred everywhere.
And the skilled players were snobby. I think I'm giving it a bad impression ..I'm sorry.
Well it was a bit fun and it had crazy moves, but it kinda lacks depth to it.
buh-bye fellow venitian! now go get movin! Try and play something else besides an rpg if you please. And, visit us here every once in a while

!
I'm just saying that I use to look forward to lvling up because of all the new skills I get, and everytime I get it, the amount of time I put into getting through lvling up doesn't nearly amount to the satisfaction I get from getting that new skill or gear. Kind of like you work hard in a job and you save up your money to buy a car. All that hard work pays off, and you end up with your car. Unlike sro, grinding for X hours, you get to use that new weapon, which loses its appeal after the first monster you kill.

sonny, just pick up a good hobby
i was lucky to already have breakdancing
maybe a sport?
after devoting some time to a hobby, sro will become less of a priority and more a fun thing to do

QFT, when SRO comes in "second hand", and when you feel that it's a game that you can play whenever you want, It'll be so much more fun
