im just wondering what everyones balances are naked then with items.

naked im phys 59% mag 85%
with my items im phys 61% (need more str tabs...) and mag 101%

im kinda excited about breaking 100%. i was just wonderin who else has high balance for a hybrid.

maby this should be in the "Characters Skills" ?

I just recently started putting str in b/c for some reason as a nub I had this crazy idea that I could actually live 1v1 as a pure spear.

Bare: phy - 56%, mag - 89%

Equip'd: phy - 59%, mag - 102%

that is a very good build, i'm planning on doing the same one on my new character. 1v1 you will be a monster if you use kd/stabs. My friend has that build and he is almost unbeateable(excluding some sos users), but you will definately need the last book of imbue to do massive damage.

im 70/80% phy to mag thats with my gear on

im pure 2:1 since level 1 hybrid int

if your balace is over 90% you might aswell be pure

not really wong. if you have a real high mag balance but youre hybrid, you can do damage almost as high if not equal to that of a pure, but you have more hp.

i plan on going 2 str 1 int for a little to raise my phys balance up. luckily ill still do good damage with all my alchemy

its not really a hybrid its nearly pure

DO realize though, that with a 90%-ish balance that the extra health you gained might not be 'enough' compared to a pure int once you get to 90 with the damage you loose. Check the 9th page, 2nd post on http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=1746&start=240 . Look at the hp differences come level 90 and you'll see what I mean. [Dif = 1700hp. Balance dif = 7% Int dif = 30 int]

hmm. thats a good point. having a shield could really throw it off though. so much more def would really boost your strength.

maybe hybrid spear is so dangerous because if you build it right youll have a decent amount of hp, plus the damage of the spear, plus the spear passive. youll do good damage and still be able to tank relatively well. i guess we'll have to wait for 90 cap to see tho

i tank like a god after level 40 a 2:1 hybrid int spear really shows you have soo much power

im assuming (this is a big assumption) that we will have new skills and all by lvl 90. so hopefully that'd mean another level of the spear passive. so thatll help a lot, plus the new buffs we would get.

if we dont get anything new, then.....oh well.

I have never seen a 2:1 hybrid spear do well 1v1 vs str players. the best hybrids i have seen pvping at high levels have 85%mag balance naked and use lvl 6 spear passive, no cold passive or buffs, last book of fire imbue, and high lvl of sword skills for kd/stabs.

really i owned a level 47 blader at 45 and he was fully buffed and had +5 balde that knock down annoyed me though but i beat him three times

my balance naked is
Phy 67%
ma 73%
