Is there ANY way to find out the formulas that decide the damage you do? Like formulas that factor in your wep, level, str, int, balances, enemy lvl, enemy armor/resistances/buffs?

something like this but dont take my word for it :
Base damage + Reinforce% x Base Stat.
(785 - 924) + (132.7 - 162.1 % x 310 str/int)
[just for sake of numbers 310...]
on average you do:
854.5 + 147.4% x 310
or
854.5 base phys + 456.94 reinforced dmg

Go hit Mangyan with regular phy attack (no imbue, no activated skills) and then compare you character page phy. attack values to the hit value. Figure out the formula how your char page phy.damage is converted to hit damage. Since Mangyan is lowest monster, all higher level players will be hitting them for max damage most of the times (they got like 1-5 defense value). Once you got formula for that, then start adding imbue to it and after that rest of the skills. Sounds simple but it isn't - I tried to figure it few times and it just got me thinking that phy.damage mentioned in your char page has nothing really to do with the damage you actually do.
