Here is a conversation I had with LauHuaXiang about trading accounts. Please tell me that I'm right that you can't trade accounts according to the TOA.

ive seen LauHuaXiang spamming globals to trade accounts, to me i think its bullsh*t. Shes just trying to get a lvl 70 account. Ive spoken to her about the fact that its against the TOA to trade accounts, she just spoke a load of a weird language. Dont do it, dont trade with her!

I wanna read it to can you upload it on imagehack or something like that =)

You can even see her character behind some of the items.

But whatever. Publicly imply that I am lying. Okay.

it's only right that that character returns to the place where it came from - eBay.

Cant joymax go on ebay and ban/destroy items that are being sold.

It cant be that hard to find +7 sos spear lvl 64. there arent thousands of em lol. espicially with all the %% of stats.

There is no way to 100% prove it.

Like this, I go an put all the sos items I see in stalls on eBay. They all get destroyed but that person wasn't selling them, etc.

In this example, the items are on the character; in the background.

But in this case, its dead obvious. Especially when you global your selling all this.

1st tme: 5 day account block
2nd time: 10 day account block
3rd time: 20 day account block
4th time:Permanent account block

In other words, you can be caught selling your account 3 times before you get a permanent punishment.

i got a lot of pvp VS her, i often lose, i rarely win on her but i don t care because it s the game. I just noticed one thing : Lau don t cry like a little baby or send insults every time she kill or get killed on jobs contrary to some immatures shits. i respect her more than a pretty high amounts of ppl for that.

IF someone kill me or i kill him at job and he sent me childish insults in pm i don t respect him and i think he sucks.

my ex-guild has been part of GumuBai Union and while chatting with Lau in Union Chat I always had a good opinion about her ... always tried to help ppl, organize things etc ... although she often seemed to be quite busy...

but as she was capped quite early, she always tried to mess with other ppl and liked to hunt down the a$$es of those iKillers lamers ...

so I can't say anything bad about her, and about that eBay-drama: even if she bought much of her stuff and even chars there, I mean, who cares? alot of high lvl players also bought gold and this and that, but most ppl don't bitch about that all day ... so who cares? as long as they don't bot it doesn't bother me

I don't know her personally, but she sounds like a good person EXCEPT that she broke the rules when she bought her stuff for real money. That is why i started an argument with her. And idk where u get that i was crying b/c she killed me. I never even saw her much less got killed by her. And yes, I am a lowbie, but what is the problem with that? Can't I still voice my oppinion? I think that n00bs should be treated like people too. And MonstaH, I rescpect your oppinion that you don't care if people buy stuff as long as they don't bot, but can I say I disagree? I do not like that people can just buy stuff with real money b/c then you can just buy a lvl 70 account. You didn't earn it. It's not right. Maybe you don't care b/c ur not a lowbie like me, but I think its just as much cheating as botting, that's all. She kindof pissed me off globaling about buying her stuff with real money. Yes, I admit that what I said to her was personally degrading to her, but I was extremely frustrated at the time. I hope this clarifies things up a little bit. The point of this post wasn't to show that a lowbie chewed out a high-lvl; the point was to show that certain people don't follow the rules that they agreed to follow when they created their account.

Whats the difference?

Botting and buying gold / items for real money both enhance a character stronger than those who abide by the rules and work for the things they have. Its very simple black-and-white.

Those people, and myself are generalized as 'asses' because we are thief; which is part of the game. If we weren't there, the hunter-thumpers wouldn't have anything to do; yet everyday we get criticized for it, like we did something wrong. I, in turn could criticize hunters who feel compelled to pop thieves 40 levels lower than them, then repeatedly come back in case the little guy tried to pick up his stuff again.

This depends on
A) Who killed her
B) If older Lau or younger Lau is playing at the moment.

Older lau is much more cordial and less outspoken. I enjoy talking with him.

I prefere not to even talk to job enemy; some reason they like to talk to me... my favorite are the ones who spam your chat with 20 lines of nothing. Someday, I make collage of the people who do this, its funny and we make fun of them over vent.

I named iKillers because at that time (!!) they were the lamest poppers in the DR (to have an impression about that have a look at HuyFong's screens about domination of DR) ... I know that times have changed and I didn't criticize thieves in general ... but at that time they were like a disease and because I remember her daring to face them in job war and hunting some of them over the whole map ... in general I came up with that because it is a rememberance I have connected to Lau.

And maybe my eBay-related post missed what I mainly wanted to say concerning Lau: buying things at eBay doesn't make her a bad person (like the thread starter seems to want it look like)...

It might also be that I missed some links in there and I also didn't deal with that topic much, but people who buy things at eBay don't necessarily have to be CCFers as well, do they? so if I put that as a point, I still prefer them compared to Botters and CCFers ... although a totally LEGIT game would be the best for all, especially for me, as when I play I run around with nothing more than I just gained by playing without having spent a single (euro- )cent for them game...

I hope that clearifies things, opinions differ and I just stated my personal impression about her ... it might be that I don't know her enough or whatever, but that is all I can say about ... if ppl want all other ppl to stfu, then there is no need for forums I think.

i don't like a lot the ebay thing, but i mean in game when i see botters or gold buyers blaming Lau for ebay i just find that kinda hypocryte LOL.

I don't really know her but i m sure that she would never bot/scam. i think she has a good heart.
