Ok we all wonder why hey dont care about us and just care about korean SRO, wellt heres the answer, joymax is KOREAN and KOREANS hate AMERICANS or EVERYBODY ELSE, so thats probably why they give shitty service and dont care about the global game, just korean sro why? because its KOREAN dammit, im finally getting it, its timme to find some other MMORPGS, i think that when i get my new comp ill switch to WoW, dammit

Its no secret joymax doesnt give 2 shits about isro. They focus on other version, ksro mainly i believe. You can either deal with this, or find yourself another game.

But please leave in silence and dont let the door hit you in the ass on the way out

Joymax doesn't run KSRO or VSRO or JSRO they sold the publishing rights.... other companies run those versions .

All joymax runs the day to day ops of is our version ISRO but there is a rumor that yahoo wants to buy the rights to the international version lets all pray cause if the happens JM can focus on DEV the game and we may get a company that cares a lil more .

I bet when Germany creates a MMO they wont provide service to Israel and other places with jews eh?

Indeed, cause if u were right, then all games published by non americans would contain extra ammounts of lag for all people from the US

I think the OP is forgeting a crucial fact: the game is FREE. Yes, ladies and gents, you don't have to pay in order to play. And that's prolly why JM doesn't bother that much.....i know i wouldn't

Try WoW for a change, there you actually have to pay in order to get sh!ty costumer support

anyways thats not a valid point for them to give us crap service isro has the biggest area to support i mean europe and america + others thats a lot of players while other versions are for smaller amount of people ie single nations

JM hates NORTH-Americans, not all americans, i'm from SOUTH-America and i hate NORTH-Americans too for being so selfish and racists

Here is the real reason, we complain no matter what they do. They give us roll back(we get pissed). The give us an event to compensate(We get pissed of traffic). They fix bugs(ice wall and fire wall), we get pissed. Because we are always pissed at them maybe?

If north korea nukes the south we won't need to worry about it anymore.
