Hm.. What if there was a patch that, if someone tried to KS your target, they'd have a warning after 2 hits, then they would get penalty. You can attack them then... Hm.. Just suggesting something..

i usually just move away from a ks'er and find another spot... and if i cant find another spot i just go on one of my other characters... no use yelling and screaming at 1) a pure int that can one hit everything and make your grinding life miserable 2) someone who isnt even there (botter) or 3) a combination of both... ks-ing is just part of the game... if they piss you off, it should be an incentive to grind harder and beat the shit out of them at jangan crossroads...

im pretty sure i was told of a game where once you 'tagged' a monster no one else could target it or something like that, but oh well... this is silkroad.. the vast amount of assholes on here only increases when comparing to the real world in my opinion..

tip: forget it and move on...

remember.. the point of the game is to have fun.. dont let someone else ruin it for you.

Best way for dealing with annoying ks'er:
-1- buy a global
-2- spam global about that ks'er, his mother, his sister, his guild, his uncle's dog etc.
-3- repeat steps 1 and 2 iterativelly untill he stops annoying u
-4- repeat steps 1 and 2 once more (or more times if u actually enjoyed it)

If a kser is really freaking you out, do what I did

Make friends with lvl70 players and send them a message to come say hello to your "new" friend.

It stops pretty quickly, although there was this one guy who just laughed, insulted us both and never got a kill for 40 minutes, and kept plugging away.

I could not get a giant today out on the ice. Every time I would get one before I could finish it I would have at least one kser. One was really bad about it. I had asked him to quit etc. And he was there. He responded back. Not to many minutes later I found a giant all to myself got 5 whacks in and figured I would be good so I zerked to finish it before the arsehole squad made it over. But Hades1 saw it ran right on over started whacking and then went zerk as well. I made it hard for him. Every hit I did was a knockdown so as a glaver the jerk could hardly get a hit in. Save for the times the KD failed. I got the kill and the loot at the end but the lill shit cost me half the EXP. So I did what any sensible person that had been consistantly ksed by such a jerk would do. Got my high lvl char. Waltzed out on the ice. And laid him out flat before he could blink. And I made sure he knew why. He tried to talk big saying "I have help on the way". I was like "knock yourself out. I am not there anymore. And no matter how bored they are they will not babysit your KSing arse all day.". I think he got the clue. That was the last I saw of him and I actually got a few giants to myself after that.

Thanks for the replies, anyways I kill some of the people who Ks me, just that it seems both hard for us "lol". Hm.. Ill try to take the advice of befriending a higher level char. I'll let him send the "Hello" for me.

I am an archer and i hear "stop KSing" all the time. Must be because my opening shot takes like 3 secs to fire, by that time they always get a few swings in. But who is KSing, if i was the first one to target the MOB ?

any time someone even attacks the same mob as me, i attack them. since i am a full str blader on my newest char, no one can kill me, so i go purple on them, let them run around attacking me while i keep grinding \

i trick them. haha...make them ATTACK you in stead of KSING you.



one time i went purple on someone, and another person out of nowhere started attacking me, and then another, and i had 3 people chasing me, one went zerk, and i just ran off until purple went away, then laughed at them all becase 3 people, one with sos and zerk, could not kill me.


so yea, my advice is if someone is ksing you, attack them if you are strong enough to tank their hits as your keep on grinding and ignore them lol.

2 nukes and u r d own what ever gear u have

well as 4 me iam a light nuker

so u can call my char the master of ks

but i only ks in three situations :

1- if i saw a giant .. no matter if some1 target it first ... i have a belif that giants are free for all to attack

2- if some1 flamed me in game while grinding ... i just chase him and prevent him from kill any mob

3- if some1 intetioally ksed me .. then i make him pay 4 his sin and say sry 4 it

I'd rather have totally team based combat where you can't solo kill monsters (except if they are blue ie. much lower level than you). You would need party to be able to kill monsters effectively. Item/Gold drop rates balanced again for team play. Get rid of whole solo grind concept!

well, right now no one around where i am grinding has nukes, and i seriously doubt that when i get 3x and am grinding around nukers that they will be able to 2 nuke me and kill me... i mean, i USE POTS lol...

But Rising force online, the other mmorpg i play, is CCR (Korean company)

If anyone gets KS'ed you report it, and that porson gets banned.

Example: if you have a screenshot, or fraps, that actually shows someone KSing, then bai bai farmer/annoying player ^_^

Why don't you just go get a NEW grinding spot to avoid KSing??

As a blader I murder them.
As a nuker...pffft... no one KS me

you can always hold ALT while doing your AOE knock down lol...
