Whre to put guildmark.bmp?

Sorry but first time doing this and I don't want to mess up on anything. Can anyone tell me exactly where I need to put the guildmark.bmp file?

it goes anywhere in your SilkRoad folder, named "guildmark" and saved as a .bmp
