My retirement thread..

Well after a year of playing the good ole grind of SRO, it's finally time to put down the glaive and step into new arena's. After getting fed up of grinding day after day, I've decided to try out WoW. And well I fell in love with it, its a game where it isn't such a daily grind. I have 20 quests active in that game, and theres about 30 more that I can take on, if only my quest log would allow it. The more I play the more I fall deeper in love with the UI and player interactions with the world. I love how theres just so much todo, and even when you hit 60, theres just still so much that can be done. I love how everyone works together in WoW, and the friendly community that surrounds it.
After playing SRO for so long it just felt like a job, and no longer any fun. I couldn't take it anymore, so I've decided to step away. After the recent chains of events, I'm happy that I decided to stop playing when I did, or I'd be complaining right along everyone else.
I know I'm not the most loved person around here, But I just wanted to say bye to those that I've come to meet along my journeys. It's been a fun ride, and unfortunately not all were good times (because the way joymax made the game [PVP speaking] they make us hate one another), but theres still good to come out of any bad. And indeed theres lessons and memories to be learned and shared. Looking back I wish I would have taken more time to post in the forums, but there was just so much attention that my character needed that I just didn't have time.
If anyone else around plays wow on the "mannoroth" realm or server, be sure to msg me! It'd be nice to share the interests and memories of SRO. (IGN: Reaxion). I may from time to time stop back here and there just to check out how the community is doing. You may see my char in SRO being played by one of my friends, just so you know it isn't me. When he tells me he's done with it, I'll lock it up and save it as a keep sake of old times. Maybe one day I'll be back, but as of now it's just to much stress and not enough fun in that game. Maybe perhaps things will change, who knows.
