i dont know what is Resident registration number
Where can i get one ? tnx in adivice

well, it would make the most sense to get one from a korean resident. I doubt most koreans would "give up" their resident registration number. If your an American citizen, its almost like giving your your Social Security Number.

actually is isn't, the resident # is just a # that verifys that the person if korean. they are a thight nit group and don't really like a whole lot of other peolple in thier stuff (or so i've heard/been told) so it has alot less importance then a social security #

its not dat theyr r isolated, its because they have a national internet provider which supposrts just people living in the country so that they wont lag cause they all live close to each other in korea.
