I noticed that if u have only 20k when u going to train you will recive milions more drops and if you dont have money at all(0.01k) you will recive drops with almost every monster.

That would be coincidence. The only things that affect drop rate is the level relation of the mobs to you, and much of that is due to the speed at which you kill them. Green mobs give the most drops, then silver, gold, then red.

I'm grinding red mobs with little gold and get 1 item drop per 1-2 hours.

I dont think so I get best drops on grey were there are my lvl and everyone esle says that to

yea, i seem to get the best drops on white mobs also. green i get decent drops too, but white still seems to take the cake.

and who the **** wants to grind green's anyway? thats like a lvl 69 with a 9gap tyring to hit 70 on Farking mangyangs lolzzzz.

grinding with green isn't bad, its fast.
