you'll have to say silk problem or somehting because the person who usually answers, doesn't know english, it'll take a while but they will keep transfering you to an english speaking representative

Yeah, that's what I used last time I called, but they only give you about 5minutes worth of longdistance out of USA and Canada calling time, so you'd have to buy the service

Actually you usually get to talk to the GM's or another representative who speaks VERY well and fluent english, but that's after they transfer you to one of them
