Is the game at a point where "new servers" aren't

I've noticed on Rome, the economy is nothing like anything I've seen on all the previous servers. In fact, it seems as if the economy is at a stage of being close to a "stable" economy. Here's the trends that I'm seeing that brought about this thread:
Rome (open for 6 days now):
- Weapon Elixers have been at an average of 150k with many people selling close to 200k. People are asking to buy for lower, but few are actually selling at that. Other elixers: Acc 25-30k, Prot 30-40k, Shield 30k.
- SOS weapons are priced to that a "stable economy" would permit. SOS 16s are >500k, SOS 8s are around 250k, and SOS 24s are at minimal 1.5M. I've yet to see any higher level weapons myself. Sure, there are some people that don't know the real value of some, so you'll see a sos 16 bow for 300k (the one I lost due to the rollback) and as of recent 600k (missed buying that one).
- Other SOS pieces are what I'd say "normal price", I had to spend a small fortune getting all my low level farming stuff.
- In 3 days, the server was "filled" during peak times. On Alps, it took at least 2 weeks, and then it only took a few tries.
Now I'm sure there are a few other things here and there that as well as other things that still show this is a "new" server.
My thoughts are that there are so many people switching to new servers that from here on out, the "new" servers won't be that "new" anymore because of a more experienced player base. This of course is a good and bad thing. It's good in the fact that the server will mature a lot faster but bad in the fact it takes away from the idea of a new server.
What does everyone else think about this?
