Well Master_Yabo from my server did. Joymax lied, he got an SOS +8 Glaive, still not too shabby, but nowhere near the calibur of an SOM.

Just letting you guys know, SOMs were not given out.

I find it funny that they made it +8. It's going to tempt some people to go for +9, and when they fail, they're going to want to buy astrals.

Exactly. If they're not happy with it, the Gcool foundation is always accepting donations

Dude.. Thats nice. N they couldnt give out SOM 8thdegree cuz a som 8thdegree doesnt exist in iSRO yet... but they did make it so that the weapon was equivelent to that of a som.

Just a question..
If possible could someone post a SS of their prizes (preferably a Pike) n then could huy post one of his SoS+9 (or someone find it) n lets compare them... to see of they are truely all that + a bag of chips

i saw Janell's stall w/ her SoS +8 bow in it. the stats are crap, but the crit is 9 and it's effing +8. wow.

i just saw one stall which doesn't belongs _Magik_,he selling sos bow lvl64+8,the prize of the event,current offer 210m,but the sos stat is sux,0% phy att,0% mag att,0% reinforce,i forgot the crit ,and no blue!!

Lol, well who actually started the rumour that they would be getting som Lv 64 weps? did JM actually say that? or was it just started off by some random dude? anyway congratz to all those who got the Lv 64 sos weps +8 but weren't most of them botters and CCF'ers? And i still think that spamming the cheer event was really unfair way of winning, this is simple fairness and for JM to not realise this is quite sad.

But from what i heard some of the winners spammed the "cheering chat" every fifth minute, which makes it kinda lame and unfair.

JM did say that the players who are lvl 64+ would be getting a som... but then they appologised and said that a 64som did not yet exist on isro...

well im glad they did give som they actually used there head cause i wouldnt want to every fight thast person makes things fair. and plus the som and sosun codes proly arent even in our version yet so if they did pu them in that means they could now drop

Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

The provision of prize items to the winners of the GNGWC Cheer Event is in progress. The winners who should be receiving 8th degree Seal of Moon weapons as previously announced, will be receiving 8th degree Seal of Star weapons with + enhancements instead, which is equivalent to Seal of Moon weapons. Because there are no 8th degree Seal of Moon items in the game at the moment, we had to deposit an item that may be different from an item which was previously announced, but this Seal of Star item with its + enhancements is equivalent in power and ability. We ask for your understanding in this.

We will be having more fun and diverse in-game and web based events in the near future.

still, nice item he got ;o. Someone told me that they cant do SOM items, bcuz the lvlcap is 70, dunno if it is true, but i maybe he was right.

Be carefull when comparing levels of SOX to +++ items.

The +++ raises damage numbers, but not the other stats.

SOS is comparable to +5 but only on damage basis.

The other stats are still non-sos.

So SOM is ultimately still better than SOS+5.
