I really am sorry everybody - I just wish things hadn't turned out this way. I know that many people have lost xp/sp/items that they legitimately gained in game yesterday. Unfortunately nothing can be done about that now.

There are several complaints of people having switched inventories, missing items that were not acquired etc etc. Some people did not receive the 1 day gold service ticket. IF this applies to you, screen shot both your inventory and warehouse, and message it to me along with a description of the damage done. I will do my best to put these issues forefront to the gm's. And just to stop it before it starts, don't try and scam. If y ou didn't have an SOS 64 +9 Glavie before the inspection, don't bother saying you did. Because nobody is in the mood to tolerate anymore b.s.

The accounts containing gold have been banned, as well as the members of Fable and Heist 2 that were participating in the exploit. It should be noted that the investigation is not finished, and there may be more information to follow.

I hope for everyone's sakes that the compensation event starts soon We all need a little pick me up after all of the crap that has happened.

But if all this happened on bable.. why rollback on the other servers?

xian venice etc were even rollbacked further then bable.. but i guess that could have something to do with backup times or w/e

The GMs do not jump when we say so. If they rolled back the other servers it means that they checked them and something happened on those other servers to warrant a rollback. Don't try to pin it on us. All we do is gather information. They do all the necessary fact-checking.

Are you sure the other servers were ROLLBACKed? They maybe left them checked out to fix the duping bug and didn't want to ROLLBACK the other servers if the information how it works leaked out?

As said in another thread, I didn't realize any difference on RedSea.

You owe me 6% from yesterday pl0x. Not to mention my cousin who played today and lost 8% ... but that's a different story.

So you admit that Fable were the ones who discovered the bug? I thought you said there were quite a few who knew about it?

No one else knows, or there would have been more dupeing.

BTW, as far as the power thing.
I played for fun. Getting 3 skilled by bots + ccf ruined the gameplay.

And Chaud, do you honestly think you guys are the only ones who know how to dupe gold? For someone who knows how, thats a pretty stupid thought. I'm not saying someone on other servers went and flooded the economy with billions of gold, but I am saying that SURELY, ,other guilds and/or people have been duping for quite a while. They just didn't make it so obvious...

Well Blackchobo seems to have figured it out Too bad nobody else could figure out why every other server had to go under inspection for so long hmmmmm

i knew about Gold Duping, just wanted to see who actually tried and see who actually got banned for it, and also to see if it really existed, guess we all know the answer now

It takes alot to own up to something like this. Shows you have class and honor thats not common in the world today. Even tho you did was wrong, I respect you a little more now.

Um hmmm... I guess I should restate? I'm sorry for my fellow players that had to go through all they did. I did nothing to cause it and spent 2 days trying to fix and prevent it. I didn't dupe gold, I didn't accept their gold, but I did take a bow and got a great screen shot (and that mule is banned, it was the same one hitting the stalls, kurogami's included ). I feel compassion for this server because they go through a lot - although after being on tavern for only a bit the issues on each server appear to be the same - regular, normal players being hosed by scam artists, hackers, bots and ccfers.

Don't think for a minute that I feel that I didn't do the best that I could - the only thing I would have done differently was scream 8 hours earlier and gotten gm's right out of bed if i could have. And again, much thanks to nightv for helping out the previous night.

All that shows you have even more class then most.. Would be nice to see im sorry from those who had a hand in this. I know im sorry doesn't fix what happen but it does help bring this to a close so we all can move on.

Im not mad at what happen and I didn't even play for the last few days. The event is all good for me. That doesn't matter to me. Its the lack of remorse by the people who did this that is eatting at my core.

Fable was one of the only guilds outside of xian that I actually had a possitive picture of, and yeah great that your makign a thread about saying sorry to babel...but what about the other servers? we're all in this boat together wether we like it or not
