account blocked for problem with Click&buy payment

Hi. I have loaded 200 silk through the Click&Buy service. To how much it seems, they have
had of the problems and they are not resolutions to capture from my credit card (visa) the
moneies. How I can be behaved? Mine account it has been bannen, and not for me negligence.
