omfg, today i got back to school and since its friday i was planning to play yhe whole night. When i tried to log into my account this wat happened:

im not sure if Joymax made a mistake of bloking me or wat, cus i HAVE not bought silk in the last couple of months so i dont know wat is going on.
My guess is that someone hacked my account and took all my stuff and then charged back. i lost 2 wolves lvl48 and a sos spear lvl42 and 52 and 3m gold; nothing else(gears werent that good)
so my question is What can i do? i have sent a email to joymax but i dont think im going to get an answer or anything... Help -_-!

i have NEVER used bots or dled any programs . i just play sro and thats it. i DONT GO to weird websites; just here, yahoo and hotmail.
so i dont know HOW i got hacked...
and NO i havent accepted any invitations in pt, in fact i have been playing for 1 week without having pts... but i guess it didnt protect me at all.

dude, see my first post, i CLEARLY stated that i DID NOT buy silk the last couple of months...
EDIT: i also went to silkroadonline.net to check my history of silk and its right i have only bought 300 silk and i have 96 silk left so i dunno wat is going on!...

2106 is the year your block will be completed....i don't think u will be around for that xD

pay@silkroadonline.net and ask for a silkcharge history from your account. Hopefully they will respond to you, and you can figure out what to do from there. If someone charged $200 on your account, it would probably not be in your best interests to clear it up.
Bear in mine tho, some chargebacks can take up to and over 60 days... so is it possible that there was some glitch in a past payment? I hope that's the case because it's easier to clear up. Good luck, and sorry for your misfortune
