so i guess i got a bot in my guild who just joined 2 days ago from being rec. by my brother. we didnt know he was bottig till last night when we saw him grinding around hotan. we'd come up to him and say "hi" but there was no response.....he'd go run around, nuke, take gold then look for the next target ,rinse, repeat. as for me i have no problems with bots cause i use em to my advantage (KSing them and takin thier goodies) like this guy for example. he's only been in the guild for 2 days and has racked up 5k in GP thats more GP than some of my mates thats been with the guild from day 1. so i guess haveing him around ain't so bad after all cause with the way hes giving GP to the guild we can be at lvl 5 in no time . what would u guys do if this happend to you?

Get his butt reported. In some games, like ragnarok, your guild can be banned for having botters. Not sure if it is like that for SilkRoad, but why would you want to keep a moron that is so lazy that he can't sit at his desk like the rest of us

Get your guild to lvl 5 and and throw him to the sea with cement shoes.

I'd kick him.

Gain his trust then strip his account lol .

kick him out or your guild will be reckoned as bot friendly

i would like to take everything from this guy but he woudn't even talk

get him to donate as much gold as possible.

murder him.

ban him from guild.

Scam his accnt and or gear / gold.
Smile at tell him botters don't deserve nice gear.

if he never is talking in guild kick him, if he's funny and cool, let him stay

GP farm his ass out! Seriously, just ignore him & let him earn you GP.. then when you grow tired of him, boot him.

Your guild may run the risk of being labelled bot-supporters though..

haha, make him donate all his sp to gp tell him "everyone in the guild is donating all their sp to gp to level the guild, if you dont then i will be forced to kick you."


then if he does, kick him anyway, if he doesnt, murder him, then spit on him, then kick him anyway.

iMo scamming a bot is just fine. in fact i endorse it.

if he leaves or i kick him does his GP stay for good or does it go away?

iv had botters in my guild well a botter she seemed nice and was 4X so would have been handy in union events and gave us gp BUT it was a b ot so

1....2.............3..................4.......PUFF...........Gone...i dont deal nor sacm with bot they get no second chance in my guild unlike other rules i have set down many be subject to a second chance depending

If someone is botting in my guild, i do 2 steps:
1. select his name on guild list
2. click the withdrawn button

it is that simple.
If u dont support botters, u dont want his GP/items.

There has been a post on another version of SRO, from Crayon regarding disbanding guilds that house botters.

When Cham found a bot in his guild, he hunted his ass down, killed it then kicked him from guild.

I personally would take all the guild members available, freeze the bot, lure on it dead, rinse, repeat for several hours and THEN kick it from guild. I'm sorry but this isn't even a question that should have been asked. Allowing a bot is no different than botting yourself - and that's the theory behind disbanding bot guilds - NOBODY should profit from a jerk that is going to inflate the economy, mess with the drop rate, and eventually ebay his account.

Get a clue.

sadly there are that many bots it be your best buisness to leave them alone scam/hack one he wil just start over dont make squat bit of dif to him by gold and be back to what he was

Hopefully GM's wil do something..if you speak to one they are trying soo hard to ban them but when there is 3 GM and over 10 servers and over 500k (aprox number i have no idea how many registered accounts there are) members its a hard job cut them some slaack...If spoke to Crayon btw

ehh, he was a lowbie, and had nothing i wanted. lol.

too right too right he wsa like lvl 29. and it tooke him like 3days of botting to hit 30 or some shit. lol bad bot program

Kick him. If your members are barely making 5k GP, you won't be able to pay for guild upgrades since its implied that you're pretty low-medium level.

EDIT : also, if you dont know, the reason bots level "fast" is because they are on 24/7...


if i had played 1 character in stead of 2 to 30+, 1 to 50+, and 2 others to 25+ and had focussed my attention on that one character, i would be level 70. however i like testing things. and now i am making a farmer, so i am not levelling psych.

i only played psych for a little less than 2 months...

if you ACTUALLY think a bot is faster than a person grinding, then you must be a slow ass grinder.

Well anyway, I dont know why he made accusations at low/medium lvl guildies that have low gp.

We have about 6-7 members lvl 37+ all with 11k+ GP.

And they grow daily.
heh. but im not playing my lvl 37 anymore.... tsk tsk.


cuz like psych i like making new chars and testing things, but unlike psych i do it ALOT more lol. And when i leave a char, I LEAVE that char. I get to like lvl 7 murderer status after donating all my sp to guild, then start my new char hehe.

That was OT but w/e lol.

Oh and again like psych im making a farmer now as well. am at lvl 15 with my 8gap now i need a god bow lol. YEs i misspeled good and probably misspeld mispelled lol. haahahahha. but GOD bow kind of makes sense since it needs to be like sos+2 to 1shot i heard lol.
