Question vs Answer
Since my last thread got flamed and smashed. I am just going to make a FAQs page.......nothing more. Also I will not explain it, just here they are.

sorry on some of the misspelling and typos on this, i realy dont do this much so im a little noob at it, just type it off the forums and realy prof read it, which i should. forgive me. you dont have to look at this as fact if you dont want to, but this is not speculation on my part or any others, this is just what i was hearing form gargamel.

As for Silk Assistents, sorry for the last thread it was a miscommunication about the SA program, that they where disbanded and they were going to retry opening it and geting more SA that were more productive then the last ones that were disbanned.
Q: Will they add more GMs soon to help with the increase of problems going on in the game?
A:Yes there looking in to it.
Q: Will they do what they did for kSRO to block the botters?
A:Yes they are trying to get this in to iSRO
Q: Does Joymax make money on botters?
A:No they dont make any money from botters, unless they buy silk, which we all know is rare.
Q:How many GMs are the for iSRO?
A:3 as of now
Q:Is there any ETA on updates?
A:no
Q:Is joymax about to communicate in another way then Q&A to myths or questions that a lot of people have?
A:Right now I dont know, but I will try to help.
Q: Do they plan on updating the site and putting in an actual help/problem system?
A:Yes, there was a women at the GnGWC that I was told was there GM leader who told me they were working on adding to
the site. But as for live/problem help I do not know.
Q:Why dont they just make the servers bigger instead of making new ones.
A:It is not cost effective
Q:Why dont they take the time to go to the spot were botters are, and just mass ban them every day they see them.
A:3 GMs for all the iSRO servers. This would not be a effective way to spend there time, Since doing it this way
would take weeks.
Q:Is joymax looking for a company to sell the isro concept to like they did in China and Vietnam?
A:I was told no.
Q:Will there be the rabbit event for iSRO?
A:I was told yes.
Q:Is there a problem with the alchemy system, I always fail going to +2 and +3?
A:No its is all about luck.
Q:Why have I not got as a drop a sos/som/sosu?
A:This is also all about luck, there is no set drop rate its all luck.
Q:What new skills are there after lv 70?
A:As of now there are not any more skills past lv 70 in the korean game. So the same will go for iSRO
Q:I always fail going form +0 to +1 on alchemy?
A:I was told this can not happen ever. If is does send a Bug Report about it.
Q:Why is the force mastery so weak and almost usless, are they going to fix this up or leave it this way.
A:Dont realy know. That is somthing you got to wait and see about.
Q:How much does Joymax make in a year?
A:Its like the army dont ask dont tell.
Q:What are they doing about the Adelphia/@home/ISP/DNS/(other technical stuff) problem?
A:They work on all problems dealing with the game all the time, they want you to be able to play. They have there
technical groups like all other MMORPGS and they will try to fix things like this as soon as they can.

A:Dont know, Dont care. I only can give info that I was told.

A:This I dont know about, I told GM Gargamel about how WoW does this for its players for a charge of $35.00 usd.
Dont know if they will look in to it.

A:No, and No. this is a small group, they will not see this realy at all.
Q:When iSRO version will support direct payment using American express card?
A:Dont know. This was not realy on my things to ask list.

A:I was told no.
Q:But every one is saying they got hacked. And what about that person that was using Injectioning to make talka
monsters and rocky?
A:That happend long ago. If there was some one hacking, then they would just block them and do rollback and reset
the data.

A:No and No, they lose money and time as a company working to stop this since they get Charge backs.

A:Korea, there is no out side office in any other are so i know of that deals with iSRO or kSRO.
Q:When will guild quests and other update that are listed in the game help area come out.
A: Dont realy know that one. I will try to answer this later if Gargamel knows.

A:I dont know this is somthing that was not talked about before, i will have to ask later.
Q: Do you know when the next exspation will come out (like bigger map with more stuff or w/e) Any idea?
A: Told in about 3 weeks that they were oging to try to get this out, key word is try.
Q:will there be level 75 transports?
A:As of now no.
Q:Any idea on how nukers hold up without any new skills after 70?
A:No they are working on the 4th fire book nuke, this i do know. but as of now the highest damage nuke is lv 18 flame wave arrow.
