Here are some of the question from an other topic that i was asked to repost in its own thread. If you got any other question, post here if there ont on this list already, and ill try to add them.

1-they are working on a new system for the botters, they just implemented it in korea and that is what blocked the over 5000 botters in korean sro.
they are trying to get this updated and finish with the lv 80 update as well as 2 events that they want to do at the start of the lv 80 update.
2-i dont know why your all up in the face of ccf people, this is a problem that is making joymax spend alot more money and is a great problem for them, they are working on it and set up a team to handle it. let joymax deal with the ccf as it dos not effect your game play as long as you stay away form them.

ok i have some questions:
* what is joymax's idea on all the botters, are they planning actions against them and if so, when and what kind of actions?
* is there an event comming up soon, if so when, if not, why not?
* is Joymax willing to recruit more GM's to enhance the online gaming experience? If so, is it possible for legit players to become a GM?
* does Joymax know about the grieves of the legit players? What is their opinion on it? And are they planning to have a look into it?
* when will there be a true respresentive on joymax that speaks descent english and can answer community questions?
* is there any ETA on updates like cap change, trade update, euro map?
* is joymax about to communicate in another way then Q&A to myths or questions that a lot of people have (like the trade/party bug/hack?)
i think it would be great if joymax just gives a simple answer to these questions.
i think they are simple and straightforward on which a company should have an answer.
In the end it's better to show what you stand for and say what you are doing about it then stay safe in an ivory tower while it's fundaments are breaking apart.
1st question= as i said on the top yes they realy are working on it, and the other thing that bugs them is they loose lot and lots of money from them as they are upseting the game balance and making problems for every one making them leave the game and stop buying silk. they are trying to remove most of them in the next month.
2nd question= yes there will be events coming with the next big update as well as the rabbit event for thanksgiving. since the event is for the korea thanksgiving. this is one of the things i asked as well also with a event to get masks and flags. GM gargamel put in the idea to the leader GM that sets these things up and they are looking at is a good idea, but dont know if they will do it as of right now.
3rd question= all gms are workers of joymax, paid and all that. its there job blah blah blah. as for adding some more GMs. most are geting the idea that they are understaffed as of now. i will not say anything on this. the ceo is looking to open a office in a location in california. at with that hiring more gms to work for iSRO. as to say they will they hire players from the game, i dont realy know yet. but you will need to live by the office and you may only log as a gm there at the office, it is a 24 hour on call job, so if somthing happens you got to get out of bed and rush down there.
4th question=grieves as in the upsets, umm little lost in your wording, but let me just say they are working on everything they can to fix and make a better gaming for everyone. also about the new servers. they go off of ips not charicters. right now there are way more iSRO players the any other SRO client. This is also the newest client besides veit client. remember that the other game cliendts have bin out for almost 2 years now were as iSRO is just pushing a year.
5th question=umm represntive of joymax, hmm that i didnt talk to them about. i dont realy know that one, you got me there.
6th question=no, they will release it when its ether done or there players that can use the update.
7th question=just ask me and if i dont know ill call GM gargamel and ask. that easy.
And so you all know, Joymax dosent just have millions of dollars to throw at a problem like other MMORPG games do. That is why this anti silk thing that most of you are saying your going to do is retarted, you are making it hard for them to hire more poeple hold new events which takes bandwith that is pricey and all that stuff.

my own side note as a person and not a gamer or player of sro
it would be realy better if you quit loging on and playing so that a person that just likes the game can play. but thats my own thing and it is not in any way the veiw of joymax which at time i think is a little to nice.

As much as I am thankful for that info, saying they are in the process is not very helpful. A specific date is much more useful.
Gold is being farmed like mad, down to 1.08 per mil now, used to be like 2.00 +, a ton of random lvl 70 botters are popping up and they formed a bot union. I can say joymax is working on it for the rest of my life. A date makes everything useful .
If they are working on the bugs, ect, people would buy silk again with just one good step, blocking the botters.

to change the server to a new one would be real real real expensive.
it would be cheaper to just open up a new server that people will go to.
that is why they do it. most of you dont get how big there servers realy are.

they realy do the best they can with what they got. And so you know as soon as the korean sro ban bot system worked they started to work on the same thing for iSRO. so they are working on it right now. trying to get it done as soon as they can

that has nothing to do with the server size.
that ?????? error is your computer not understanding korean language filter just like when most of you log on to the korean site all you see is ???? for text.
and if you do disconnect its from your PC timing out on there server, and thats from you pc not there server.
things you might what to try that i did and i never get the error anymore
download all windows language filters for korean.
update video drivers AND monitor drivers! this is one of the things that most dont do but this is a error that happens in most pc games when they are using monitors like LG and SONY

since gm gargamel was working the last 3 weeks in a row hes has this week off but he is the one that helping to do the translating for isro, also
there are no new skills or skill lvs after lv 69 so why your farming in the cave i will never know but ya goodluck with that.
they are working on new skills right now but there not even done in ksro and if you guys remember ksro got the lv 60-70 skills when we did when we got the lv cap to 70

well i think this post is really here.
if i am not mistaking nightv was present at GNGWC (participant?) and had contact with gargamel. Appaerantly they still have contact.
At this moment i think he's in the best place to give us some more correct information then wild guessing, that is till joymax gets out of the closet with more information.

question 2:
The so called big update you talk about will involve cap raise, halloween event and bot blocking? So that should all be arround end October, start November? This means some earlier rumours on this forum could be correct?

u sayd gargamel worked this last 3 weeks.. well i was online most of the time in this last 3weeks and i only saw him once talking on server...
so here goes my questions :
what does he do for work?
why cant he go to cave soldier rooms and see the obvious?

I don't buy it, not at all. You can see large groups of people getting disconnected at once. Often times in town (DW especially), but also in parties (or specific areas). You have even been there and seen it happen on union trade runs to large groups.
When it happens to 1 person it's your PC/drivers, etc. When it happens to large groups its server side.
Thanks for addressing the issues nightv, hearing anyone speak up about what's going on is reassurig.

as you said before i was on the winning team for the gngwc, with cuchalian.
1=no iSRO and kSRO are the only one they are not going to sell.
2=big update form what i was told, they might add more or put less in but this is the idea of what there aiming for
a.lv cap and new area
b.events for new areas
c.trade update=this is a big one there working on right now and has
---theifs spawn npc hunters, and traders spawn theif that only attack people that are in the opposing job
---party system update were hunters and traders can only be in a party with each other and theifs can only be in a party with theifs
---gold for hunters that help traders finish there trades
---around 8 outposts added for traders to send goods. not just main towns buy goods but areas like the strongholds and other map pointed out areas but you will need to do a quest to unlock them
---seal of moon and seal of sun 8th degree added in.

OK. I have for me important questions. I'm force user, curently my Force is lvl 65. I can ress lvl 73 ATM. When the cap goes to 80. They say there will be no new skills! Does that mean that there will be lvl 80 players, and I wont be able to ress them, cause max ress is lvl 79? Same goes for Therapy, max prevention is 79. If I'll be 80, there are lvl 80 monsters. And my NPCs will be 80+. So my question is, why do they neglect Force so much? Will there be 80+ ress and attack prevention? If their stuff is suppose to be 300/300, or 150/150. Why does the Force have no imbue or mastery lvl bonus?
I know most people dont take Force and couldnt care less, but I really need to know, I dont want to delevel Force just because JoyMax cant make proper Force tree.

Second-->question: WTF is wrong with this darn alcemy system ? Sum ppl get to +3 (or more
) without ANY problems and others already fail getting to +1
Is this wanted or is this sum unwanted "side-effect" ?

could you make your first post a FAQ lay-out so it provides a better overview on what has been asked and answered?
another question; will joymax EVER consider lowering the prices on the 8th immortal and astral stones? paying 5 bucks for each, a combined 10 bucks, to just make your item failsafe at +4 is quite expensive (not counting the numerous alchemy failes and the combined $ count on d8 astral and immortal stones by such)
when you fail once and add another set of d8 item mall alchemy stones is the equilavent of a golden ticket and pet revive clock.
a wrong answer will result in me continuing to support the credit card fraud for buying non-legit silk in order to +7 equipment (and especially the upcoming 72 weapons/shields)

stop contridicting yourself. theres no need to say you cant fail +1 when obviously you can and then state its based on luck. why cant we get a GM to talk about these things and who are you anyways -_-.
