What exactly does that mean?

I was trying to buy some silk using Paypal and that message has been popping up since yesterday--does Silkroad still allow Paypal? It has a place for it, but the silkroad web site always errors out when I select it with the message in the title of this post.

And when will the inconvenient use stop doing now?

all people using paypal are gettin screwed over because sro is doing stuff and keeps screwing with paypal
