Does anybody know what the headquarters # is because i would like to pay them back for a chargeback that has happened to unblock my acc so if anybody knows tell me plz

They dont seem to have a number. But, instead of emailing joymax's silkroad team you could email joymax directly here

Joymax will not talk to you about chargeback bans at all. Their policy is that you have to talk to paypal about it. Make paypal send the money and notify Joymax that your account is in good standing. When Joymax gets that message your account will automatically be unblocked.

If you did not use paypal, you do the same thing except you will have to call the bank that issued the credit card you paid with, instead of paypal.

wonder if they will tell me, i want to change my password, with all these so called 'trade/exchange' hacks going around :0

It's your own fault if you can't remember the secret answer. They wont send it.
