A possible solution to shared kill or the end of kill steal?

Hi All,

I've thought of a solution for silkroad (joymax) and other mmorpg games.

The solution is quite simple.

1) personnal treasure box, each monster drop a box with the name of the killer/s (yes! more than one box for a monster killed by several characters).

2) the treasure box will have random stuff.

3) the priority for better boxes will be on the following criteria:
a) who stared the fight with the monster.
b) the one who fought for the longest time.
c) the one who dealt the most damage.
d) the level of the monster in comparison to the character level.
each criteria will have certain percentage. the formula will results in personnal treasure box with different contents. giving better stuff to the people who have higher results in the above sections (a-d).

What do you think?

I would like to hear suggestions for improvment.

I don't have KS as a big problem at all...
I just see this as eating server reasources.

Terrible. Joymax would never go thru the trouble to do all that, and its a stupid idea anyways; not to put you down.
