Joymax earning $ by cheating with alchemy ?

Have you ever noticed how astrals seem to lower the succes rate ?
For instance, i had a spear i wanted to +5, failed 8 times in a row to +5.
Then i added a blue stat on it and tryed again, BAM +5.

Seems like when trying over and over again fast the alchemy system on the item gets stuck and you wont get that +5 no matter how much you refill. This is of course to their advantage since youre paying for the astrals. And when you fail youre gonna be pissed and try again cuz you want it to work. Its not just with the spear, i have noticed it with a lot of items i wanted to make +5.

And it cant be randomly. Its just so obvious how it can keep failing in
certain ways.

I for one dont think its fair you have to spend 40$ or more just to make something +5, frankly the idea of joymax having this game rigged to their advantage makes me sick and feel like quitting.

I would like to hear peoples oppinions on this, are joymax scamming us by bugging the alchemy system to their advantage

Honestly I think you just have bad luck. I up my stuff to 5 usually in 3 tries. Some people report to go from 0 to 5 with no fails.

If JoyMax was to scam you, they would be stupid to implement something like this; milking the money from only some individuals (like you) is unwise because they drive them away. If they want to get more money, they can just easily lower the chance of success.

But frankly, if you spend so much money, you can easily find a better game/hobby than this.

personally i feel its more the chance system. i have had experiances that if you have a success, it lowers your chance of another success. for example, if you +3 and item, it lowers the chance of landing the +4, and if you fail, then it increases the chance of getting a success. i use to be able to +3/+4 any item with the fail system, if i was able to fail say 3/4 times in a row, on cheap stuff, such as crappy +armor's, fail 3 or 4 in a row, the +3 on what ever i was trying to +3 would 80% of the time land.

so the way i look at it is, you already get a success adding the astral, even though it is 100% chance of success, its a success non the less, so it lowers your chance of getting the +5. the way i would always do it, is buy 2 astrals, put them both on, and trying the +5 one after another. hell, one time i got real lucky, made the +5, didnt notice, then did alchemy again and got +6.

so yea, long story short, i believe that getting a success, such as adding astral, then it will lower the chance of getting +5.

well i have had a ton of fails. my current weapon, lvl 52 sos+5 glavie, took me 11 try's to make it +5, and another friend, took 8 try's to make his 42 weapon +5.

its all randomness

I don't think they are scammers.

When I bought my sos gold ring it was clean except for cold immunity (5%).

I fused stone of INT and wow it got +3INT (100%).
Later I added stone of STR (took me 10! stones to get to +3
STR). So there is always a chnace. In my other character, I've tried to enhance my jade sos ring, took me 20 accessories elixir to go to +3! what a waste of time and money!!!
