I think the only way to keep them all equal is when there all lvl 0, im not positive tho.

i do know of some people who do all 3 jobs but i think say if you are a trader / hunter you would only put ob theif suit not to theif (unless you were really bored and wanted to theif for pure fun) but to fight other hunters etc, the same if you were a theif you might go hunter because you wanted to kill some theifs for a change. In Babel there are always big theif / hunter fights outside of south gate so go watch sometime!

I think job lvls cant be lvled down. So get Hunter lvl 2 before you start thiefing. Then thief and dont hunt until you are thief lvl2. And so on.

i use to be a lvl 3 trader but then i switched to teefing. im almost a lvl 3 teef and when i get it ill be lvl 1 trade again. but i guess if u got lvl 5 teef and then got lvl 4 trader, teef wuld de-lvl to 4 so ud have 4 teef and 4 trader?

As a hunter killing NPC thieves doesn't take away any experience. So I believe you have to get high level trader first, then high level thief, and finally high level hunter ONLY through killing NPC thieves (and maybe a few wanted rewards).

A good way to do it is to get hunter and trader both 50% past lvl 2, then start thieving. once you get lvl 2 thief, go back and forth thieving and trading and hunting.

You don't keep them equal. You just theif.

as far as i know, only thief and trader (the two money makers) move in opposites, so leveling 1 up will delevel the other by the same amount of xp. so hunter you can do at any time you like and at any pace. with trader/theif, if you wanted them both lv 5 for example, you would have to level one of them to more than twice the xperience needed for lv 5 so that when you start leveling the other, you could get that to 5 also without the other deleveling. this is all based on thief not affecting hunter experience so if it does then im wrong.
