Naw, they look more like Indonesian or perhaps maybe Cambodian. Viet kids are skinny from lack of food/nutrients. Plus, that CyberCafe is wayyyy too clean to be in Vietnam. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, they're wearing SHOES. Vietnam is either too hot to wear shoes, or its just not the general trend for boys to wear shoes. They wear sandals and/or go barefeet.
