Is buying with paypal working?

I wanted to buy silk to buy globals so I can trash talk about JoyMax. I bought silk with paypal, after I clicked return to merchant, silkroad site bitched something therese an error and that I should check silk history. Everything is fine, but the silk I payed for isn't there. And PayPal says JoyMax got the money, im so mad now. Im emailing and bug reporting JoyMax, insulting them and so on. What a shity company...

I also ran into this problem. As I only have a Visa debit and not a CC, I must go borrow a CC to continue my addiction. Godamnit. :love:

So suprising..I thought i'm the only one who encounter this problem!!
Have you email to "pay@silkroadonline.net" to claim back the money or silk??
I had e-mail to them after this problem. But so far no reply from them yet..

Works fine for me

Used my credit card yesterday on the website (not ingame) and went to item mall in game, silk was there fine.

I didnt use paypal though, just bought directly from website item mall.

Why dont you tell what country/ISP your in and see if theres a link with those that cant and those that can?

Or see if you are using one type of paypal eg A'cash or debit/master card?

most of the time when it says there's an error, the silk goes through anyway. how long has it been since you made the transaction?

It worked for me today. I bought 100 silk. as soon as i clicked return to merchant, i had it!

OK, i bought some more and it didnt work, I think i know why though. Usually when you go back from paypal you will still be logged in. This time i had to log in again and i got the error. This may be either a problem with the silkroad website or a problem with our cookies. or even both. Ive sent silkroad an email. hopefully ill get a reply soon.

they will give us the silk in the end. If not we will get our money back. It says no refunds but this isnt a refund. We havnt been given anything to refund!
