Kidding, I just leave em alone, can't be assed to kill them.

I leave them alone. Unless it was me or someone I know they murdered.

i'd kill them because i saw a guy get an sos drop from a murderer he killed.

its really no use in killing botters imo

because sometimes they arent there to care, and the bot just goes right back to where he was and does it again

Fly and I were playing on KSRO and they have this really weird bot there. It's like fours chars acting in semiunison and its like our gold farmers here but more obvious.

He was training near the white tigers, one of these bots came by and this guy training by him, walks up and kills one. He then goes back to training rednamed. Other ppl were around and everyone just ignored him. I thought that was nice.

THe only times I have ever been rednamed in my entire time on SRO has been an accident. I have gotten the old suit trick a few times, I had a guy leave guild during a war and get me. By far the majority tho has been bot hunting. I have accidently killed bots a LOT trying to get them to go purple on me. LOL

I leave 'em alone.

I've been redtagged a HUGE number of times, simply because, I have nothing to lose. I am pretty damn sure you don't drop anything you have equipped. And anything else you have lying around is just a bad idea anyway.

I kill bots all the time. Just a way of life. Screw nuke canceling, hit them with the nuke and let some blood spill. ^_^

i was freezing people in the ravine and some guy goes and attacks me so i go crazy and i accidently clicked on one of the low lvls i was freezing and i killed him .lol

i was freezing people in the ravine and some guy goes and attacks me so i go crazy and i accidently clicked on one of the low lvls i was freezing and i killed him .lol

The last one I was up near the Takla entrance, in the spiders N of Hotan and we come across this little nuker botting. So Fly and I talk about making him go purple, we punch him a few times... nothing. THen I decide to be brilliant and nuke him with my level 1 fire nuke.

I forgot to take off my SOS glaive.

Dead botter instantly and back before I can even work off three points. LOL

i uselly leave them alone cause they run like lil girls no offence to any of the ladys. and i dont like wasting time chasing them.

i forgot to take of my glavie and did a sky nuke

i work 600 of it off at the demon horses
NO ONE GOES THERE
but here comes a lvl 70 out of no where knocks me down and kills me and takes my ownage tallies.

i used to kill random bots out of boedom before yeties turned blue.
sometimes i accidently score some crits when playing with bots. or freez farmers and forget my wolf was aggressive..
lagged sometimes when trying the 'bot trick' then nuked them to death


on topic: since im murderer pretty often i just leave others. except ofcourse if its some idiot

I tried to kill a murderer but he is too strong. I stun him and he got annoyed killing me in 1 nuke.I lost 0.5%, but there he goes...1.2k more points more to grind

I always attack murderers unless they are a friend or I'm not in the mood. However, I ask first how they got red. If they tell me they killed a bot, or they were tricked, or something like that, I leave them. If they don't respond, I kill them. You see, when you murder someone you get the satisfaction of killing them and accept the risk of being killed. The default action for anyone who sees a murderer is to attack them; rather than complain when I kill him, he should be greatful when I take exception by not attacking. If you go to town while red, you accept the risk that someone will kill you. Don't cry about it. Get a friend to scout for you, buy you pots, whatever. I have been red three times, twice by accident and once on purpose. I have only died once while red, when I saw someone from the Cartel guild and had under 300 points left and decided to mock him by grinding them off right next to him. Forgot about zerk. Got stuck on a tree and crit by strong bow. Oh well, it's just exp, and I was white after.

I wouldn't mind writing a bot with an auto-murder clause in it . (Yes, I know they are called Methods in Java, or whatever in c++ because i dont know too much c++, but my friend and I can easily write one in a few days).

damn, that is actually a nice way..first ask the question and then shoot xD but ah well, I dont run into murderers alot so^^

instant kill for the drop =D excluding the usual friends guild union etc of course =)

generally i kill, but only those people who i would bring a fight to normally. i.e. last night i was on a horse heading to west jang ferry from dong, and a 3X murderer ran by me, and i let him live because the 22 exp i'd get or whatever wasn't enough to justify wasting a horse to get off and lion shout him to death.

I sometimes kill them (They know exactly that consqucences (spelling) that murdering leaves them with), sometimes I don't.

when they beg me to stop killing them i stop it and tell them to run before i change my mind. If they are too slow i Flying Dragon flow their assss!

Agreed. Just the other day I was grinding near the chinese ferries when I saw a glavier that seemed to be botting. A friend of mine killed the "botter" and a few minutes later, it was back again grinding away. All you really do by killing a botter is (somewhat) slow down it's leveling process.
