Ok...I had heard and see a lot of thread related about this CCF issue.
Now i had a real scenario where my friend had bought 500 silks from joymax but haven't receive the silks for around 4-5 days.
He had e-mail to joymax but not reply from them. So now is the question:-

1.My friend bought all the 500 silks through paypal account and he is register this paypal account using his DEBIT MASTER CARD. Remember,is a DEBIT master card. So can he do a charges back through his DEBIT MASTER CARD company?

2. Is the procedure to charges back for DEBIT master card same with normal Master credit card?

3.Will his account been banned by Joymax company?

For those who had experience this before please advise.

So you mean that my friend still can do a charges back as a normal credit card even though he is using a DEBIT Master card??

If he could get in contact with joymax he will already solved his problem. The problem is joymax won't answer your email or give you your silks.

You can use debit card like a credit card but the two is not the same. Debit card is a bank card, you need to contact your bank and ask them about it. But remember this, the second you charge back, your account will be block automatic.
