VIP STATUS

Hey y'all, I havn't played Silkroad for about 10 years woah 
. so i got a question over here.
If i bought 300 Silks to get the Free access instead of waiting in the queue. Can i use it in any server?
for example if i charged the 300 silks in server Palmyra and got the VIP status can i log out then log in again in another server and i will still have my VIP Status? or i will wait for a few hours to login like others.
