So I’ve been told by numerous people that a mobile version of Silkroad Online is in the making. Yes, you heard me right, SILKROAD ONLINE MOBILE IS COMING! . According to ‘nasty_ss’ who will test the SRO mobile version said, Joymax is teaming up with another company to make it, he didn’t provide any more details except that it’s still very early in the making. To get more details and MAYBE a sneak peak of the SRO Mobile version in the future, make sure you tune into Nasty’ twitch streams and discord channel.

I've looked through every single video of the game so far, and it's definitely far from the Silkroad Online we know from PC. But I guess that is to be expected.

I'll definitely check it out once it releases, but I do expect it to be absolutely filled with pay-to-win garbage. It's Silkroad after all, haha

Judging by the recent ROC boss video they released yesterday on their Facebook page, it literally looks identical to the PC version. But it’s still too early to judge, I hope it turns out great and doesn’t flop

Yeah, but that video is literally from the PC version, not the mobile game they're making. If you read their post text, they're careful not to say that the video is from the mobile game - they instead talk about all the great experiences we've had fighting ROC.

I'm curious as well, it's a beautiful (and perfectly appropriate when looking at trends in modern gaming) way to keep the license alive! I'll give it a try, but I hope I won't feel too much of a decrease in gameplay interest and quality compared to the usual version...

I'll try it, but it looks kinda generic.

This looks like so many other mobile games out there, but just with graphics from Silkroad. I'm quite sure the code-base is just re-used.

But we'll see.

Hardly worth it anyway. The gameplay is pretty poop so far. BUT it is kinda neat seeing Mangyang's in a mobile game, haha :p
