Silkroad Arabian/Islam race developer

Lets say you are developer for Joymax. You are trying to implement Islam race. Problem is to balance out races.
Template (in terms of power):
Euro > China
China > Islam
Islam > Euro
Your job is to develop skills and specific attributes that categorise Islam. You want Islam to be more likely defeated by China race and unlikely to be defeated by Euro race.
My try:
- buff removal skills :: Able to remove powerful buffs like bless / skins / healing cycle / fences / quota which will harm euros greatly,
but won't affect chinese much.
- fast piercing armor ignoring damage :: China class could easily pot-out that, but euros could find trouble due to armor ignoring damage
How do you balance it out? What do you implement? Lets hear ideas, I know you guys are lurking GD from time to time.
