Probably some item that refills it, he is a spender.

Here's the explanation: The first bezerk you see at the beginning of the video was probably just a "normal" one. After it ended, he used a potion you can purchase for in-game gold once you're 90+, which will instantly regenerate your bezerk but can only be used once every 20 minutes or so.
From thereon he started using another type of bezerk regeneration potion that he has gotten from one of the various seasonal events.

I dont know the server but those are instant zerk regen potions. They might be offered for real $ or he just farmed them up. There are several ways to obtain them, one is by doing the cpt Ivy quest for 20 of them.

One of the reasons why this game started to go down hill...Those nearly hard to kill euro classes with their godly defense buffs...

It's the official servers, I believe. They aren't sold for real life money on the official Silkroad servers, but can be obtained through nearly every single event nowadays

From time to time, yes. Right now, I'm playing on the private server called Theta. Great fun.
I also played some on Silkroad-r. But yeah... a bit on and off in periods.
