Hello. I remember an old guide on how to fix this problem with garment.

I would guess that you'll just have to crank up the graphic settings.
Maybe turn on dynamic animation or texture filtering in the settings.


And just out of curiosity: What server is that char on?

I used to be on Oasis before they merged the servers,I am now on Delphinus.
Oh totally forgot about the pet name.. well thanks for the advice going to try and work around my graphics settings

Yea, dynamic animation fixes this. But if you zoom too far out it will still be stiff like that.
