They are developin Silkroad Online 2, but I don't know about this picture. I have an odd feeling I've already seen this picture.

Whether or not the "poster" is real I have no idea.... Hopefully it's not fake lulz

They don't look fake. Could be legit. Everything on the poster is familiar. On the right - China. On the left - Europe. Center bottom - Arabia. Center - India. Below in the background there are also pyramids that weren't really in SRO though they did put Egyptian areas in.
When searching these by image, there are only 5 results and all of them are SRO sites so it's not from another game. Also, making a huge fake poster like that is pointless.
