SRO-R and it's JOB SYSTEM

Sooo...
I've been gone for HELLA long.
Downloaded, installed, and logged into SRO-R.
I'm impressed.
It's a very good attempt at cleaning up the game.
No gold for lower level means more focus on quests.
Gear already provided at certain levels means more focus on quests.
No gold for lower level means higher ups and extort the "youngens" for gold by powerleveling.
The quests have A LOT LESS requirements so more focus on quests.
The quests actually correspond to mobs at your level so quest while grinding.
On top of that, the rewards for the quests are actually rewarding.
I also enjoy the fact that Chinese characters have access to all imbues now with Force (now Recovery) as a separate tree entirely.
You just need to have the proper number of skill points to use them all.
There will obviously still be bots.
Heck I was in a 4/4 party that went 3/4. Asked the leader to reform the party and he replied with imperfect English: "sorry. problem with bot."
But I like these clean up attempts.
Only thing missing is a community of active English speakers.
That will enable things like party quests = leveling faster = ?guild/union?
Anyways. The point of my post.
How does the job system work?
Last time I had a job was when the triangular conflict existed and they had JUST introduced aliases.
