Maya server?

Hey im new to the game, just wondering. is there anyone on the Maya USA server?? it seems like there is NO ONE on it. And does this game have a world chat? can you change a character from one server to the next? and whats a good and populated server? sorry for all the questions and thanks.

Most people that i know moved from Isro to Sro-R, private servers or quit.
You might have a better chance at Sro-R (Thebes server) than Maya.
